I am looking forward to it. Its funny because when you asked the question what are you looking forward to in 705 I realized it was all Naley related.
Hehe, yeah it is a very heavy Naley episode to go along with the next several as well. And that's definitely part of the reason that I'm excited for this episode, but mostly it's because of the material and the fact that Joy and James have some awesome stuff to work with, some really powerful scenes. And yes, for the first half of this season at least----the main stories do filter through them. The whole Scott family dynamic is my favorite on the show, hands down, as you know, lol---so that's why I'm loving this season so much because of the focus on them!!!

For me they are the ones propelling the story forward. I so hope I will feel that way again about Brooke but for the time being it's Naley and those around them.
Yeah, they are definitely the one's that are propelling things along, no doubt about that. And Brooke will still get plenty of scenes this year as her world is the only other dynamic besides Naley's world, it's just that Brooke, Julian, Alex and Millie don't carry the same kind of weight and overall purpose that Naley's story does. It would be nice if at some point they could really give Brooke a meaningful story with some meat to it, but for now, her stuff doesn't even compare to the focus on NHJ and their world and what they're telling with them!!!

As for Quinn while I agree with Soapman that her husband story is not thrilling I do see it as necessary set up for her future story line so I am okay with it. Besides Clay is enough to keep me interested-lol.
Yeah, Quinn's personal issues don't interest me either, although I do give Mark props for not making Quinn have some convoluted and dramatic/tragic reason for wanting to end her marriage. People do change and fall out of love and simply just grow apart from each other at times, so I do like that aspect of Quinn, it's just that as a new character-----it does make it hard to care because the audience isn't invested like they would be if it was happening to an already established couple. So I'm sure that most fans don't really care what's going on with Quinn personally at this point, lol!!!
I do think that once they move things along with her and begin to set some things up with her and Clay that people might begin to care more, but for now, I'm sure most are just waiting for the story to move along. For me, I like Clay and Quinn as individuals first and foremost, because they are characters that are around to enhance NHJ's world and be there for them, and that's what I enjoy seeing the most. Plus I do really love Clay's character a lot, and I think that Rob is doing a great job with the JL's, so that only adds to my love for the Scott family dynamic!!!
